Once you confirm your itinerary and travel dates, our team will send you complete booking details and payment options.


How much deposit is required to confirm my reservation?

A 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the tour) is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance can be paid before your arrival in Cusco or prior to the start of your tour, as indicated in your booking confirmation.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and international bank transfers.
Payments can also be made in person in Cusco in either USD or PEN (Peruvian soles).


What is your cancellation policy?

  • More than 30 days before departure: 70% refund

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 14 days or less before departure: Non-refundable

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or delays.

What are the working conditions for porters?

Our porters receive fair salaries, proper meals, quality camping gear, and carry limited weights (maximum 20 kg).
We ensure all porters work under ethical and safe conditions.


Are your guides certified?

Yes. All our guides are licensed professionals with degrees in tourism, archaeology, and history, and are certified in first aid and mountain rescue.
Many have advanced training from organizations like NOLS.


What safety measures do you take during tours?

Safety is our top priority. Our team is trained in first aid, altitude sickness prevention, and emergency evacuation.
We carry oxygen tanks, first aid kits, and communication equipment on all high-altitude treks.


What should I pack for a trek?

After booking, we’ll send you a detailed packing list.
Generally, bring:

Do I need travel insurance?
